Baby winter jackets

Question

Best winter jackets for baby? My son is 5 months and wearing 6-9 clothes about to jump up to 12 months. He’s very tall. I want to get him something super warm for this winter. I’ve been looking at baby north face jackets but just want to see if anyone has any suggestions?

Jackets for babies is from my experience quite useless, a full winter suit is way more practical.

We just did a thin fleece jacket to get to and from the car since car seats aren’t safe when wearing any thicker clothing items. It was easier for us to just do a snow suit when he was smaller. It also kept him really warm. We have liked the fit of Patagonia for both.
