How come my boobs never grew?

This is just a random thought I had today.  
So I never grew boobs.  Not in my teens, not in my 20s, not even during my pregnancy.  At all.  I’m not even exaggerating, I was always completely flat, not even an A cup, just nipples.  
I did end up getting a breast augmentation in my early 20s because not having breasts bothered me.  So now I have them, but they never changed in size even when I was pregnant.  
So anyway, I have a close friend of mine who is transitioning.  We were talking today, and she mentioned she was considering using my plastic surgeon if she decided to get a breast augmentation, but she wasn’t completely sure since she’s now a small b cup just from the hormones.  She’s been on hormones for almost 2 years.  
So it had me thinking.  Like she was able to grow breasts just from hormones, does that mean I have some kind of hormone deficiency that caused my boobs to never grow? I know size has a lot to do with genetics, but everyone in my family has boobs.  Mine literally never came at all, not even small ones.  Is this something I should be concerned about? I never even thought I could have some sort of hormone deficiency, I just thought I was “unlucky” lol.  Has anyone else never had boobs grow? Would this be indicative of a bigger problem? I’ll bring it up to my doctor next time I go, I never did because this random thought just struck me today lol

The fact that you were able to get pregnant makes a hormone issue less likely.

It’s likely just genetics, you just didn’t get the boobies gene. I have friends the same way that literally are completely flat still, there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just how you were made :)

In my country your parents would have been advised to take you to a hospital by 13-14 years old 😅
I'm not sure why it wouldn't happen, but it would seem likely with hormone issues.

I would ask the doctor about it just in case, but if you don’t have any other symptoms of a hormone issue it could just be normal for you.

Only time my tits get bigger is when I get fatter. If I’m skinny they’re a B cup, if I’m bigger they’re a C.  They’re huge once I deliver and breast feed but do not grow in pregnancy.
