Could there be a chance I’m pregnant?

Okay so I’ve taken a test on the first day of my missed period and on the second day. I stopped worrying about it because they were coming out negative. I figured my period is just gonna come late. I’ve been having cramps but not like my normal period cramps, I only feel a slight discomfort in the middle of my uterus and then it goes away. Now I’m 4 days late and still haven’t gotten my period and it doesn’t seem like it’s gonna come anytime soon.
