I don't feel pregnant anymore.

I'm 11w4d and my morning sickness is like gone and my boobs have stopped hurting. Why are my symptoms gone? I saw the heartbeat 3 weeks ago at 8w3d and then I heard it on Doppler at 9w6d. Should I be worried?? I won't have another ultrasound until 12w6d
