Vomiting at 26 weeks

Is anyone else in their second or third trimester having vomiting? I was horribly sick during my first trimester but got better during the second. Here recently I have been throwing up everyday for the past 4 days my stomach is cramping and feels like I have a virus or something but no fever. I went to the hospital last night they gave me iv fluids and nausea medicine but today it’s worse than ever the nausea vomiting and stomach pain. Any ideas? Maybe a virus? Or just pregnancy? What should I eat and drink? It’s getting harder and harder to stay up and keep fluids down.
