Prorgesterone and Metformin made my cycles shorter?

Before August, my cycles were SO irregular and at least 38 days or more apart. We’ve been TTC for about a year now and we had a miscarriage in July. After that I got on Metformin and Progesterone to possibly help TTC. Has anyone has these meds shorten their cycle? Will it go back to a more normal number like 28 or 30 because my past 3 cycles have been between 22-25 days. I’m worried since my cycles are so short it will ruin my chances of getting pregnant.
