Yep I believe in science and our vaccines. I've had family members die from the flu. Not my kids

I always do. A family acquaintance of ours lost their healthy 5 year old daughter to the flu a few years back and I always remember her when offered the flu shot for my children & I.

Yes. I developed pneumonia from an ordinary flu infection in college. It can happen to perfectly healthy people. I’d rather my children avoid potential lung scarring and susceptibility to future pneumonia.

Yes, it’s even more important to me this year of all that everyone who will be visiting us/around us is up to date on all boosters (flu, tDAP, any others that are relevant) because our newborn due in February will not be able to get any of that. Our 2 year old will get the flu shot, I will get tDAP and flu to hopefully pass on as much immunity to baby as possible, and my partner will get both flu and tDAP as well since he’s also due for his booster. We’re also fully vaccinated for covid. My parents who will be the only ones in the house other than us for the first few months will also be all up to date on all of these. We’re very keen to reduce our risk factors as much as possible.

I have soon to be 4 kids. I’ve NEVER EVER given my kids a flu shot. We do not do any shot that is optional.

Yup. Going to get my 1 year his second dose in a few weeks. My oldest got hers as well. I have asthma, and their grandpa has cancer. We dont want to take a major risk if we dont have to.

Absolutely did. I have 2 in school that bring home every single germ possible. 🤢

Idc for any shots but for the ones that do I don’t understand why they get angry with parents who don’t or say they’re bad parents like if the shot(s) work why are you mad at someone who didn’t get it how could they possibly be a threat 😂 your kid(s) are protected right?.. that’s the whole point of getting them the shots.? it never made sense to me.

Every year. Mine had theirs two days ago.
