Motif Luna breast pump

Anyone have this pump? I have it and every time I use the expression mode it feels like it’s ripping my nipple out because the suction is so strong. So I use the massage mode but my milk only expresses for the first 2-2.5 minutes and then nothing comes out. Is the massage mode not getting all the milk out? Or do I just not have a good supply?
