Saw a hickey on date

I’ve been talking to this guy for a few weeks. We’ve only went out on one date together which went good. He was out at a party this weekend and club and I was also at a party too (not together). Today we had our second date and he was wearing a hoodie. I realized at the back of his neck he has a hickey. I know we’ve only had one date but I’m a bit turned off because of it. He hasn’t even kissed me yet and seems to be a “gentleman.” I didn’t mention the hickey to him instead pretended I didn’t see it. I’m not sure if he was trying to hide it with the hood a bit but idk how I feel now, thoughts?
