What's that?

I had an ultrasound today, and I was totally listening to the lady telling me what she saw in there, about the baby, it's growing well, heart is beating, it even moved a little! 🥰

But I did spot this other black space wich makes me think it's fluid, but what is it? Is it my bladder? Does anyone know?

She didn't really look at it, so I think it's my bladder, but I got curious, if it is my bladder or something else? 🙈
