11w3d spotting after intercourse

My fiancé and I had intercourses last night and when I woke up this morning I every time I wipe there a tiny amount of pink blood. I called the on call dr and she seems to think it’s from having intercourse which irritated my cervix. My dr is going to get me in for a US this morning but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I mean if I didn’t inspect every inch of footer paper after I use the bathroom I probably wouldn’t have even noticed but it’s still got me worried. Please lmk if you have had any experience with this.
