Did your gums bleed during pregnancy?

Anyone else experience bleeding gums during pregnancy? I was pretty concerned, but I found out that it was normal for most women. Are there any other symptoms/things that happen that I should know  about at this point?

Only when brushing my teeth. And only a couple times.

I've never really bleed and I don't always bush my teeth everyday(work in progress) but of course the day before my dentist appt and my 13th week. I bleed a lot. It had been a couple years since I had a cleaning but everyone I've spoken to say you should go to the dentist because your oral health is just as important for everything else. Some dental insurance will give you a 3rd cleaning while pregnant. I had some frightening gum pockets that she said could be just from the swollen gums. I have a couple teeth to pull and was nervous about how I'd be treated since I'm pregnant. They gave me pain medication, antibiotics and numbed me up really well.

Not only do my gums swell or bleed more often, but I also have tonsil issues when pregnant and it hate it 😣

I should’ve been more specific, it is while brushing. Sorry for the confusion. Only asked since many people I know didn’t personally have this problem.

Like specifically bleed out of the blue? I wouldn’t assume that’s normal at all.
