Just started homemade purées with my 4 month old. Will wait til 6 months for BLW.

We use a little bit of oatmeal in bottles for reflux so we don’t offer it as a meal aside from that. We are doing fruits and veggies right now for solid food offerings. LO is 5 months old.

My little one is 5 months and we just started purées for now but we’ll start BLW at 6 months!
