Should I be concerned? TMI

So i got my pfizer first dose on October 20th and my second is on November 10th. Today I sneezed and this came out. 2 chunks size of half a dollar came out and it's very bubbly. Should I be concerned? It's a little bloody

No I wouldn’t be concerned and from your nose it’s full of tiny blood vessels which burst time to time nothing to worry about at all
