I’m about to break down

I have 2 children we are 3 months in to TTC and I started spotting today. I know this means another month of not being pregnant. I’m devastated. I started getting super exhausted like my first two pregnancy where those were my first symptoms. I really thought it was happening.

I don’t want to be upset because I know I’m blessed that I have two but I’m feeling defeated.
