PIO shots while traveling
Does anyone have any advice or tips for traveling while doing PIO shots? We will be flying back east for Christmas and in the air for injection time (I do 8am and 8pm) and dealing with a 3 hour time change. I can probably handle doing them in the airport or even on the plane if I have to but the time change thing is confusing me. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday so I can ask my doctor but just curious if anyone here has any good ideas.
