Going down

This may be TMI but my boyfriend of almost 5 years hardly ever goes down on me in the 5 years we’ve been together I think he’s gone down on me no more than 10times 🙃 but I ALWAYS go down on him almost every day but I don’t know how to talk to him about it or bring it up :/ I’ve said something about it before and he says he will do it because he wants to make me feel good but then when it comes to it he doesn’t. Idk what to say or do about it. Should I just leave it alone?
