what bra do i wear???? please help

i’m wearing this dress next week for a formal event. i just got it in the mail yesterday and idk what kind of bra to wear.
once i tie it, you can literally see my nipples from the top of it. 
i bought a sticky bra but you can see it. so that won’t work. 
i have small boobs. i wanted some cleavage but at this point i just wanna make sure my nipples are covered. 
please help.

I have super small boobs, 32C so I would wear silicone nipple covers. I don't need bras because my boobs are so small but my nipples stick out so I use these. I've used the same pair about 3 times now and it still sticks, just wash with gentle soap, I use face soap, and air dry between uses.

There’s sticky bras that have a shoe lace in the center to help w cleavage. I don’t know what they are called but maybe someone here can help.
