Implantion or menstrual

I got artificially inseminated on 10/22. We used a injection as well to induce the LH surge. Everything was looking perfect for this to be successful. I started lightly bleeding on 11/2 in the evening and 11/3 I started experiencing cramping. About mid morning my cramping got so bad I could hardly walk and I was crouched over crying. I left work early and called my nurse. I’m hardly getting anything in a pad but when I wipe or sit on the toilet there is A good bit of blood on the toilet paper and in the water. My cramps have gotten milder but the blood has gotten darker. There isn’t clotting but does look like some tissue in it. My nurse told me it’s too early to tell if it’s implantation bleeding or my cycle, she said if it gets a lot heavier with worse pain then I need to go to the er to make sure it’s not a tubular pregnancy.

We’ve been trying for 8 years to get pregnant and finally had everything line up perfectly and got donor sperm. I’m trying to just keep positive but I’m really struggling. Any words of encouragement?? I’m suppose to take a pee test tomorrow. The bleeding reminds me of my cycle but I typically don’t cramp that bad with my cycle and when I do cramp I have a good amount of clotting which isn’t occurring this time. My belly also feels tender to the touch. Is this a common thing in early pregnancy? K feel like I’ve heard a lot of woman have what seems to be a normal cycle in early pregnancy. Sorry my post is so long. I just trying to keep faith.
