Letrozole 7.5 mg and Ovidrel 250mcg

Hello everyone. I am currently on Letrozole 7.5mg CD 5-9 and trigger Ovidrel 250mcg CD 12 at 8pm. Do you think i ovulated this time around. ? US shows 2 dominant follicles 18mm and 19.5 mm on the R side on CD 12.. On CD 12 bloodwork LH 23.71 and CD 11 25.28. These are my OPKs for this cycle ! Does anyone have any success stories on letrozole ? Been taking this for 6+ cycles. My doc said since i am young (25) with PCOS that i should conceive naturally. Hubbys is fine. Would my CD 14 be my ovulation date ? I was told to have sex Monday Tuesday and Wednesday but if i ovulated on Wednesday wouldn’t I have to have sex Thursday and Friday also to properly conceive? ( 24-48 hrs post ovulation ) I get myself too mixed up in trying to understand why it is so hard to conceive yet my doc makes it seem like it should all be so simple for me with the letrozole and trigger😮‍💨idk . Any advice helps 💕
