Has anyone had spotting there whole pregnancy and been fine ?

Hey ladies I’m wondering if anyone has had spotting early in pregnancy / maybe even Thur out there whole pregnancy and been fine , I started spotting at 6 weeks went in for ultrasound sac was there but empty so came back after a week and there was a healthy bean with a healthy heartbeat doctor says everything looks great BUT I’m still spotting I’ve been spotting lightly and on and off everyday for 2 weeks now 🤷‍♀️ ultrasound did show a very small amount of fluid around the placenta witch I mean it could be that slowly coming out but I’m just concerned at what it is and if anyone else has ever had that wile pregnant? This is my second pregnancy and with my first I started spotting around 6 weeks as well had an ultrasound all was good then had a massive massive bleed thought no way pregnancy was still there went in for ultrasound and baby was healthy and fine but never bleed again after that with my first ugh I’m just concerned and confused on why , could a bladder infection cause spotting ? I have pressure in my bladder I see my doctor in a few days so could test for that but wondering if anyone else had spotting and what it was or what happen ? Thanks
