Early labor…….????

I’m 32 weeks and I failed my 1 hr glucose test

Now I have to take the 3hr one. Just great. I’ve been having contractions all day every day. Only some of them are painful. I do have a high tolerance to pain. My last three were all natural. No epidural only nitrous oxide with my last in 2020. I can’t keep nothing down and I have diarrhea. I’m thinking I might have to take a trip to labor and delivery first thing in the morning just to get checked. No on call babysitter tonight. Kids are sleep. Anyone else in a similar situation?
