Cerclage removal soon Nervous

Does anyone else have cervix cerclage ? I lost 2 boys 10/29/2014 11/7/15 so nervous about this one and super paranoid he I also have extremely high blood pressure I keep getting tester for preeclampsia Dr said might have to deliver him early I feel like I finally made it so far I’m nervous and hoping for the best . What should i expect from the removal also does anyone else with a cerclage feel like a zip tie poking them in the crotch some times painful ? I told the dr but she was so rude about it saying it’s made out of cotton .... ok but something is still jabbing me when I sit and am in the car from time to time when I check with my finger I can feel a long hard zip tie like material . Don’t mind my face I had a groupon for maternity pics I wanted so bad but I had to rush out because I got paranoid they had to manny people not wearing masks and i didn’t want to risk it . The groupon expired but is still $14 and 60% off
