hair loss

Hello ladies with long hair! I am reaching out to see if this is normal. almost everytime i shower i lose hair in a pretty big amount. at least i think it is. i’m not sure what’s causing it but i’ve also had lots of joint problems resently and my period was late. i’m on the iud but still took a pregnancy test and it was negative. any ideas on what it could be? is this normal??
