Is it okay that my 6 week old is eating 5oz at night each bottle ? Any less and he screams as if still hungry

Yes! My little girl does same and can put down 5oz easy for her last evening feed before bed. She started a few weeks ago and she's 7 weeks.

Feed him until he's satisfied. But that sounds fine. Every baby is different. My daughter is 4 months and won't take over 3 oz every two hours. Most babies take way more than that. It's all good.
