Help!!!!

Quick question I am 7 days late on my period and every test I take is negative, I have had 8 miscarriage before having my 1 st child and after having my child I got pregnant again and miscarried again and after my most recent miscarriage I got my period but this month is nothing has anyone had experience this or could this be a ectopic pregnancy?
