Was I really pregnant?

Hello ladies, 
I took one pregnancy test September 23rd it was was positive…On November 5 I started bleeding out of my V after doing anal with my husband. The bleeding started out light and pink but it wasn’t enough for me to wear pad. A few hours later, I started to experience heavy bleeding with little tiny cramps after trying to put my stubborn dog into her kennel. I’m wondering is this my period, miscarriage, or hemorrhage?

Thats why my test looked like early on, a full line the same thickness as the control line.

I don’t mean to be rude but how come you never went to the OB? They would have blood tested you plus started on prenatal care ASAP. It looks like it can go either way but if you were heavy bleeding then I do not think you’re pregnant anymore or maybe you never were either way if you’re trying I hope you get your baby soon:)

Positives don’t show up unless you have hcg detected in your urine. All you can do is get a blood test/ultrasound to confirm.
