TTC baby #2 with PCOS

Hello!
Just wondered if anyone has experience of TTC baby #2 with PCOS? Was it easier/ harder/ the same as with baby #1?
I have PCOS and it took us a couple of years ... first to get my periods a little more regular, then finally getting pregnant.
Now at 11 months postpartum my period has returned, much to my surprise! I guess I'm wondering if we might fall pregnant a little easier this time?
