My husband and I got married on October 23 and told each other that we wouldn’t try to have a baby until at least a year after us getting married. However about 2 to 3 weeks after we got married I started feeling some weird symptoms. Others have told me it’s PMS symptoms, but I have never had PMS symptoms before during any of my cycles. So I’m just confused if I’m experiencing PMS for the first time or if these are early pregnancy symptoms. The symptoms I’ve been feeling are:

Nipple soreness

Bleeding gums (as of last night)

Headache everyday

Backache

Pelvic tightness

Frequent urination

Increased cervical mucus

i’ve taken about three pregnancy test and they all have come out negative, however one of them looks like it had a faint positive in this morning I took another and it looked like a faint positive but my brain is telling me that I am going crazy and it’s negative. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
