Hospital Bags for Baby, Mom & Dad ???

Question

This is my first pregnancy so I have no idea where to start. My baby is due in December so any extra things I should take for my baby since it’ll be cold? 
What are the most important things to have packed for my baby , myself and my partner? 
What are somethings you packed that made it easier and more comfortable for you? 
Did you pack anything to make you relax while waiting to deliver? Should I bring my own food? 
Should I bring my own diapers, wipes, bottles etc for baby? Whats better to use the diaper bag or my own backpack ?

I recently had my first baby also and honestly I over packed. I wasn’t able to use most of the pjs I took because I was bleeding so much I didn’t want to ruin them but I did end up using my warm robe which made me feel better and comfortable the whole time. The hospital I was at brought breakfast, lunch and dinner for me and my bf so we didn’t end up eating all the snacks but we did take some which also helped. Your bf will need extra clothes since he will be able to shower and be more comfortable. And some hospitals pretty much provide everything for you and your baby so maybe just take the going home outfit for you and him. One more thing, take a warm blanket. This light seem obvious but I wasn’t aware when I had my first. You will need to bring a car seat with holder and leave in your car until you get ready to leave. The hospital will not let you leave without seeing the baby is properly secured in the car seat.

For baby- a coming home outfit, a few onesies, a few hats, mittens, a couple pairs of socks, a couple pairs of zip up pajamas(button up ones are just a pain) they use Johnson n Johnson products at the hospital so if you don’t like that bring your own, and a swaddle. 
For you- slippers, robe, your own blanket, extra long charger for your phone, toiletries, flip flops for the shower, two extra changes of clothes, non slip fuzzy socks, breast pads, nursing bra, hair ties, snacks. 
My husband just brought a extra change of clothes and some snacks. 😅 maybe another extra long phone charger for him.

OK I'm going to attach a couple pix of my list that I had! They will provide most everything for you and baby, so baby definitely does not need much! The hospital gowns I only used after birth for comfort. You will be opening and closing your hospital gown so much before hand that the ones they give you will be justbe fine. On the list I didn't use my Sweater, Sweats, Makeup, blanket, Slip grip socks (I used Slippers instead), and my glasses lol I kept my contacts in the whole time since I didn't sleep much the whole time there. Also bring your own pillow! A big fluffy One!
