Do you give your LO salt in food ?

My baby doesn't seem to like any food, is 7 months. I want to avoid salt and sugar till 1 year but I see that with salt, he eats a bit. Without it he doesn't seem to like the food. What do you guys do ?

I boil bubs vegetables with an apple, and it makes all the world's difference because it sweetens it for him and makes the texture smoother for him when I blend it all together. He looks forward to his vegetables now, whereas he never used to.

Use herbs and spices to make food tasty. And if you use salt, don't season in front of baby

Sea salt and only a pinch. I give him cooked food for dinner.

I add carrots or sweet potatoes with her purees so it’s make little tasty…. Little bit salt is ok her pediatrician but i m not giving her directly….

What food have you tried
My baby was fussy with foods at first 
He would o my eat oats or weetbix mixed with formula or potato
I just kept trying with foods, kept offering until now he eats everything happily
I would also give him his own spoon to distract 
Just keep trying 
It will happen and there’s no rush
