Vomiting blood

Some advice would be great… I’m 16 weeks tomorrow and for the last 3 days I haven’t held any food down at all. My head is pounding, I’m dizzy and my vision keeps going. I have PoTS syndrome but the chest pains and palpitations are getting bad today and I’ve started vomiting blood, getting nose bleeds and my ears are bleeding. I called the GP and they told me to go to A&E but I don’t want to waste anyones time.

Any suggestions? I don’t know if I’m being dramatic or if I should actually go get seen.

I should add I’ve been admitted about 5 times in the last 16 weeks for severe vomiting so I don’t want to keep going if it’s not needed
