Rash?

My little sister did my daughter’s laundry and used a plethora of scented detergents, softener, and scent boosters. We typically use unscented tide pods. Her sleeper she wore today rubbed up on her neck and I’m assuming that’s what her rash is from? Has anyone had something similar happen? I’m also sensitive to scented things on my skin. The rash doesn’t seem to bother baby at all, I used some cornstarch after a cooler bath this evening to try and keep it dry and not irritate it any more. The rash isn’t anywhere else on her body. She does drool a ton and I think that might’ve helped rub out the scents from her clothes onto her body. It didn’t appear until after one of her naps today and she tends to toss her head while she sleeps. (First two photos are from before her bath and right after her nap, last one is just now, 4 hours later. It doesn’t seem to have spread)
