Potty training

Day 1 of potty training my almost 2 year old. Everytime I take his diaper off he asks to go to the potty, and when he pees in his diaper he grabs it and says “potty potty potty!” So it’s time. I’m most worried about poop… lol. So far I just have him in a pair of cloth shorts because I don’t have any undies. I’m picking some up today. Any tips you have for me? Mind you I have a 2 week old at home as well. But I feel like if I don’t attempt now it’ll slow him down since he’s showing so much interest.
