Many of u maybe never heard of it but in the Hispanic alot of women believe in getting a uterus massage to help them concive

I tried mayan abdominal massage prior to my first pregnancy. My periods were super short and light and I was concerned about blood flow because I sit at a desk all day. I felt like it helped my flow get back to normal and also helped with cramping. I was pregnant the second cycle after I started which could be chance but I did feel like that helped.

Like someone massaging your lower stomach? I don’t see how that would help one conceive since what makes you have a baby is ovulation. However, I started to take prenatals after 5 months of trying and within 2 months I was pregnant. So try vitamins instead. And ovulation tracking to make sure you are even dropping an egg
