Water based lube

Hi all! TTC and currently using Liquid Silk, a water based lube from Amazon. I’ve been reading around lube and seen some places say water based lube severely impacts sperm quality / mobility and other places saying that this research (conducted in a lab, sperm outside of body) isn’t always representative of how water based lube will interact with sperm in “real life” contexts and so shouldn’t be worried. Advice?! Thinking about getting preseed but I really like the lube I currently use and worried preseed won’t feel as good.
