Gluten free
I’m 4 days in on a gluten free diet after almost 18 months of stomach issues. Nothing officially diagnosed but I’m pretty certain I have an intolerance (not coeliac), so I’m changing my diet for 4 weeks as a test.
I started doing some research regarding intolerances & unexplained infertility, it seems there may well be a connection.
Has anyone else discovered this & possibly even gone on to get pregnant naturally? I’m about to start the IVF journey.
