Chloe ting workouts?

Has anyone did the chloe ting workouts if so how much did you lose when doing her workouts?

I did for about a year! I lost about 80lbs doing that & counting calories (around 1500 a day when I was my heaviest). I love her! I recommend her videos to everyone just starting out

I love chloe ting! I wasn’t real big bt I had about 15 lbs to lose and wanted a small waist. Losing is mostly about food anyway so make sure you’re getting the right macros and with her workouts you will lose.

I really enjoy her workouts! I lost around 20 pounds doing her workouts after my first baby.

I did her whole entire workout challenge that went trending a little while ago. Personally I don’t think it changed my body at all. I saw changes when I started to do weights and lifting. As well as high incline fast walking.
