Worried - please calm me progesterone

I did a frozen transfer abd saw heartbeat at 7 weeks. That day the doctor told me to do cyclogest progesterone twice a week until week 13 and injection once a day of lubion for another week

It was a mistake though snd what he meant to say was progesterone twice a day. We only realised today after the clinic sent the letter. I have therefore missed 5 days of pessaries (But did two fully days in the last week) and thankfully I was still taking the injection this whole eeek.

He is reassuring me that the lubion injection would have been enough but I am so worried now and gutted
