Hair mask recommendations and/or serums for dry, frizzy hair?

And I mean actually dry and frizzy not a few fly always here and there. My hair is naturally curly, dry and frizzy and since last Winter, it has been worse. I don’t know what I can do. Just recently had a good 4” chopped off too. 😔

Pantene repair and protect if your on a budget , do frequent co washes when you shower , overtime you’ll notice a huge difference. Actually helped me regrow my hair after bad bleaching.
