So, this is a first for me ..

Last Af started 9 September, I then found out I was pregnant on the 9 October (would've been my 2nd) sadly I started spotting about a week and a half after the positive test and it went full on to cramps and bleeding. Went to the doc and scan showed nothing and blood tests confirmed miscarriage. That bleeding lasted for about 9 days, anyway fast forward to now the last few days I have had cramps and nausea, cramps are normal for my AF about to start but not nausea. As per my app (logged the miscarriage) I should have started AF already but nothing.

As this is my first experience when is it normally for me to have AF again, hubby and I haven't had any sex since all this happened as doc told us to wait until AF does come, so def can't be pregnant again. Should I go for a check up or wait a bit?

What's the norm?
