Please help

So according to glow I’m 10 weeks pregnant the first day of my last period was the 4th of September which would be about right but 2 weeks ago the doctor couldn’t see anything on my scan so she took my bloods and my hcg levels had risen 48 hours later a good amount so she says that she isn’t worried anyone else had a 7/8 week scan where the doctor couldn’t see anything¿
