There are some things you can try that have some science to back them up. 1) Sex - semen helps to soften and prepare the cervix. 2) walks/bouncing on a birthing ball - gravity will help get baby in a low position into your pelvis. 3) Nipple stimulation - releases oxytocin which is the hormone needed for labour (lots of cuddles/massage from partner also helps to release oxytocin. 4) membrane sweep - cervix needs to have started to soften/dilate for this to be effective. 5) acupuncture/aromatherapy - again this only works if your body has already started preparing for labour.

I hate to say but the baby comes when their ready😌 i tried everything spicy currys 3 nights in a row, pineapple, labour inducing exercises even made the mistake of trying 1 teaspoon of castor oil which only gave me strong braxton hicks. This has been my longest pregnancy so far currently 39 weeks🥺
