What kind of doctor do I see for a clogged duct?

This is probably a really stupid question, but I think I have a clogged duct in of of my breasts and I think it's to the point I should have it looked at but I don't know what kind of doctor to make an appointment with? A lactation consultant? My obgyn? A gp?

It's been sore and there's a hard lump and kind of a white spot on the nipple. It's been like this for weeks now. I've tried all the at home treatments I found on the internet and nothing is working. I don't have any fever, redness on my breast, flu like symptoms so I don't think it's reached the point of mastitis, but nursing and pumping are painful (I'm still doing both as often as ever) and nothing is helping.
