Anyone out there have PMDD?

Hello! I am diagnosed with chronic depression, but in the past year have discovered something called Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder.  Oddly enough, I feel relieved that I found this disorder. Honestly, I am ten times more miserable before my period than during my period. The days before my period, I cry uncontrollably, have panic attacks, have a vile swings of anger, can't-go-to-work-depression, insecurity that convinces me to not leave the house, etc. Has anyone here been officially diagnosed or have personal experience with this?

I can get like that but not diagnosed. It is a hormonal imbalance in your body. Have hiu tried any BC

Yes, diagnosed and treated. The depo shot evens me out straight up. Before I got on the depo shot, though, progesterone cream worked wonders. I took it every day.

I have this. It's awful. I get severe anxiety, panic attacks, migraines, sooooo emotional, horny, super super hungry like have to eat every 20 minutes, super fatigued. Etc...
