UTI without painful urination?

Pretty sure I have a uti but it doesn’t hurt when I pee.
I’m having some pretty strong cramps, lower back pain and peeing a lot.
Going to call my doctor on Monday if it’s still happening. Could it still be a uti even though it doesn’t hurt to pee?

Yes. They have test strips at Walmart or target. I keep them in the cabinet so I can test for confirmation.

Yes. You don’t have to have all the uti symptoms to have a uti. And your symptoms do sound like it but need your urine tested to know for sure at the drs

Yes. Try to do a teledoc appointment if you can. That will probably be the fastest way to get meds. That is what I did for my last 2 UTIs.
