Confused?? 🤷🏽‍♀️ Is it period or implantation!?

Please tell me cos I'm new to this app. How do I know or anyone ever experienced having mild cramping bleeding early as 4 days, day 1 brown coloured spotting second day is light red spotting?? And I'm still confuse. Pls need to know and learn more about this?
