Walking and baby wearing
This might be a stupid question but can you get toned from walking? I walk with my son (16 months) on my back and I’m wondering if I can get toned while walking and back wearing him? We walk for at least an hour a day but usually more (not all at once) I eat extremely healthy, I just lost a bunch of weight and I’m trying to tone now. It’s hard for me to go to the gym to workout at home with my little one
