Veggimins is where I’ve ordered mine for years now. It’s pure, certified organic full spectrum oil. For me it helps with sleep sometimes, it helps me balance/come down from an edible if I feel like it’s too strong lol, it’s helped me during a panic attack. I like it a lot. If you’re new maybe start off with the 300mg bottle.

I’ve smoked it before and it didn’t do much for me. Just as much as lavender or an essential oil 🤷🏼‍♀️
