Okay yall I need help!

About 8 days ago I noticed spotting it was just one time when I wiped it was really light and it was only once! So I figured maybe I’m about to start had some light cramping well a few days went and I noticed still no period which is unusual for me! I took a test but of course negative! Which meanwhile I’ve been having uti symptoms so I got medication to help and idk if maybe that’s why my period is thrown off?? I’m really not sure but I’m late only by one day but I’m really nervous and just need some comfort 😅 anyone have any advice?
